decent stay with a few glitches
good room pleasant view awesome gym long wait unavailable room poor communication
My room was well-decorated and laid out nicely. the view was pleasant from my room. i found the gym to be awesome.
i waited for 3 hours at reception. i reached the hotel around 9am and was told a room could be available before 12nn. they said i had to wait until the room gets cleaned, so i wasted time in the lobby.

mixed feelings about the stay
worn room sparse minibar
the room i received showed significant wear. the bathroom fixtures were loose and some tiles looked stained. this contrasted with the pictures online, that show a much fresher appearance. also, the minibar was quite sparse, only offering water and a single small snack, not the 'free minibar' advertised. i expect better maintenance and clearer communication.

clean hotel wonderful staff
i had a water element room and it was very clean.. the hotel was also very clean and quiet. the staff were wonderful and catered to all our needs.
